You can look for your required records with general searching and with searching by criteria. Using general searching, you enter one or more key words into the General input field and/or other input
fields - Name and Surname, Street, City, ZIP-Code... By entering data to certain fields, you can use lists.

Data Export The export is limited to 20 entries at once.
To the Clipboard Mark the records you want to enter to the clipboard. Select the command To Clipboard in the Tools menu or click on the button on the toolbar.
Saving to a File Mark the records you want to save in a file. Select the command To File in the Tools menu or click on the button on the toolbar. In the dialog box, select the file and directory and click the OK button.
Searching by Word Root By selecting the Searching by Root command in the Options menu, the program sets up searching by word root. By re-selecting this
command searching by word root is de-activated. Searching by word root can also be set-up by clicking on the button on the toolbar.
Automatic dialling For dialling telephone numbers with a modem, click the telephone number on the list of matches. The required number is entered into the Dialling dialog box. Check the chosen number and if it does not fit, enter the right one in the Dialling Number field.
Language
In the Character Sets at the General Options which limit the selections and language in the program. The language can be decided by clicking on the buttons.
Selections At the tabs are pre selections for Cinema, Museums, Galleries… All the search functions work as normally.
